Technical Lead · Solutions Architect · Applied AI
I build enterprise platforms, and the AI agents that help run them.
Tech Lead for the Business Architecture Engine at Nestlé, where I connect how the business works with the systems that run it. Before that I led the WebCMS platform behind 300+ global sites. More than ten years of turning complex requirements into secure, governed architecture, and today that includes Claude, MCP and agentic workflows.

About
Architecture people can run, with AI where it pays off.
I connect what the business needs to see with how the systems actually behave, then guide a safe implementation.
I'm a Tech Lead and Solutions Architect who works between business architecture and hands-on engineering. I work directly with repositories, APIs and cloud resources, and I'm just as comfortable turning a stakeholder meeting into mappings, requirements and a plan a team can deliver.
Since November 2026 I lead the Business Architecture Engine at Nestlé, built on SAP LeanIX. Before that I led architecture and delivery for Nestlé's WebCMS platform: compliance automation, secrets governance and integrations for 300+ sites.
I build with LLMs every day: agentic workflows, tool calling, RAG and MCP, with Claude Code and the Anthropic SDK. I co-led the winning team at Nestlé's AI Hackathon, and I've done pre-sales work where I had to explain the same trade-off to a CFO and to a room of engineers.

What I do
Where I help most
- 01
Applied AI & agentic tooling
Agents, tool calling, RAG and MCP servers that put LLMs to work inside real engineering and compliance workflows.
- 02
Business & solution architecture
End-to-end views that connect value chains and processes to the services and applications behind them, and systems designed to fit. Trade-offs explained to executives and engineers alike.
- 03
Platform automation & security
Cloud automation, integrations, secrets governance, RBAC and compliance on Azure, AWS and GCP. Automating the boring parts makes them safer.
- 04
Engineering leadership
Reviewing proposals, drawing clear implementation boundaries, sequencing dependencies and giving teams guidance they can act on.
How I work
The principles I lead with
AI is an accelerator, not an authority
I use AI every day to investigate and build faster, and I check what it gives me. Decisions stay with people who understand the consequences.
Local until proven
A plausible prototype isn't permission to go live. Mappings and behaviour are verified locally first, then changes reach production in a controlled way.
Evidence over assumptions
I go back to the source: the data, the code, the meeting recording. If the output misses what the business actually asked for, it isn't done.
Decisions people can review
Options side by side, explicit trade-offs and clear boundaries, so anyone can see why we chose what we chose.
Automate what repeats
If people do the same manual work every week, it deserves durable automation, built to stay correct when it runs twice.
Experience
Fifteen years, from C++ to agents

Tech Lead, Business Architecture Engine · Nestlé
Esplugues de Llobregat, Spain · Hybrid
- Lead the technical side of business and enterprise architecture on SAP LeanIX: fact sheets, hierarchies, ownership, application relationships and data quality.
- Connect value-chain and process views to the services and applications behind them, keeping verified relationships apart from presentation assumptions.
- Automating the sync of a multi-level service catalogue from SharePoint into LeanIX (Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, managed identities), validated locally before any production run.
- Turn stakeholder meetings and manual processes into mappings, requirements and reviewable prototypes, such as architecture dashboards for service landscapes and deployments.

Promoted from Tech Specialist to Tech Lead
- Led architecture and delivery for the global WebCMS platform: 300+ enterprise sites across Pantheon, Acquia and Platform.sh.
- Co-led the winning team at the Nestlé AI Hackathon with Claude Code and the Anthropic SDK, and built a VS Code agent extension (TypeScript) for compliance workflows.
- Designed and built Cerberus, a Python/FastAPI platform for access recertification and multi-platform audits that cut manual compliance work by over 80%.
- Ran the Data Leak Mitigation programme: 100% of in-scope secrets in Azure Key Vault with strict RBAC, automated rotation in under an hour, and no production data in non-prod.
- Architected the WebCMS Ops automation layer (Flask, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Event Hub) and integrations for the mseONE platform (GraphQL/Drupal): site provisioning, SAML/SSO and GDPR erasure.
- Led a distributed team of six engineers and set the engineering standards and runbooks.
